A New Start

It's that time of year when resolutions get set, targets are reviewed and contemplation occurs.

What for us?

From an I.T. perspective, decisions have been made over the last few months that will make a difference. Resources have been put in place to enable us to control our own destiny to a larger extent.

For too long we have been in the position of relying on 'suppliers', who often put their own needs first before ours. This has cost us over the years both financially and in terms of service provision and quality of systems. We now have a development team that can take us to the next level and are in the process of doing so. We can map out where we want to be and have a better chance of attaining these targets.

All the time though, we must retain focus on the fact that we too are a 'supplier'. As best we can we will consult with our customers and find out where they want to be and what we can provide to help them attain it and how we can make their lives easier.

Our resources are not unlimited and for a small sized company any development is a big investment so we can't promise the world, but we want to be a bit different.

We want to be popular, we want to provide quality and we want to be regarded well and not become a burden or a chore to our customers.
This year, those will be our targets!
That is what we WANT!
